Tatsoi – Chinese Cabbage

This is also being called the “New Spinach.” They can be eaten raw or cooked, but please do not over cook them as they are best with just a little past wilting. This veggie will do well in chilly and warmer conditions when grown in the gardens. It grows very quickly so you will be able to plant several crops each season. You can start harvesting at 3 to 4 weeks, and are fully grown in 50 days, so they are a great addition to your 50 Day Gardens.
