Cocozelle di Napoli – Summer Squash – Zucchini

Description

This bush type of squash is great for small gardens, or for permacultural inter planting. It is a variety that has been with us since its introduction in about 1863. Matures within 45 days, and is a very good producer with good disease resistance. Can be eaten fresh or cooked, just like any zucchini, and makes a pretty good cake, too. In Italy they are picked and eaten when they are quite small still
