I love Pac Choi, and the mild flavor it adds to so many dishes. I add it to soups, chopped and mixed with pasta, or rice. It is packed with vitamins and it just so satisfying. This is a true baby sized Pac Choi and the stems are green and carry more vitamins it is said, and it will not become larger because it is a true baby. It is so easy to handle – more than the regular sized variety. Great for container gardens, in limited space.
