Greyzini Zucchini – Lebanese Squash

Description

Greyzini is an ancient Lebanese and some argue Italian summer squash (Zucchini). It has a sweet and nutty flavor and can actually be used in dessert. It is light grey, cream, and green mottling with stripes. It is a space save and can be grown in pots with no trouble. Most say it is the most productive zucchini that they have ever grown. Use larger pots as they do produce quite a bit and need that room for air circulation. Pick when they are 5 to 8” long for best quality and to promote more to grow.
